Working Principle
The system consists of a base frame, vertical column, lifting mechanism, vacuum conveying system, buffer hopper, and granulating chamber. During operation, the vacuum conveyor draws particles from the fluidized bed hopper into the granulating chamber. Inside the chamber, rotating granulating blades subject the particles to impact, compression, and shearing. The processed material then passes through a sizing screen and exits via the discharge outlet, flowing into the hopper of the next process or a centrifugal vibrating sieve, maintaining a closed, contamination-free transfer.
