NTG Series Fixed Lifting Feeding Machine

Working Principle
The machine is composed of a base frame, a vertical column, and a lifting mechanism.
During operation, the conical bin is first securely connected to the material container.
After activation, the lifting system raises the container to the designated height.
The tilting mechanism then rotates the container by 180 degrees.
By rotating the column, the container is aligned and sealed with the feeding inlet of the downstream equipment.
Once docking is completed, the discharge butterfly valve is opened, allowing the material to be transferred to the next process under enclosed conditions.
