NTD Bin Lifting and Feeding Machine

Working Principle
The machine mainly consists of a base frame, a vertical column, and a lifting mechanism.
During operation, the material bin is pushed onto the lifting fork and positioned securely.
After the lift is activated, the bin is raised to the required height.
Once in position, the base rotates to achieve sealed docking with the receiving equipment.
The discharge butterfly valve is then opened, allowing materials to transfer directly and be enclosed in the next process stage.

Key Features
The machine housing is manufactured from austenitic stainless steel, featuring a smooth surface without dead corners or recesses, supporting easy cleaning.
Material bins are fabricated from high-grade SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, with finely finished internal surfaces to minimize residue and facilitate cleaning.
A specially designed discharge butterfly valve helps prevent material retention during unloading.
The unit can connect to downstream equipment via dedicated flexible connectors or be equipped with automatic discharge valves as required.
The lifting structure supports bins of different sizes, offering flexibility for various production setups.
