NTF Fixed Lifting and Tilting Transfer Machine

Working Principle
The machine consists of a base frame, a vertical column, a lifting mechanism, and a tilting system.
During operation, the conical bin is docked with the inlet of a fluid bed granulator or fluid bed dryer.
After activation, the lifting system raises the bin to the designated position.
The tilting mechanism then rotates the bin up to 180 degrees to prepare for discharge.
By releasing the brake, the column can be rotated horizontally to align with the downstream process.
The bin is lowered to the required working height, and the butterfly valve is opened to allow material transfer into the next processing stage under enclosed conditions.

The machine adopts a fixed lifting structure combined with a tilting transfer mechanism, supporting stable and controlled material handling.
All contact surfaces are designed without dead corners or exposed fasteners, facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
The discharge butterfly valve is equipped with a misoperation prevention design, ensuring safe and reliable operation, and can be dismantled easily for cleaning.
The granulating or milling unit can be lifted synchronously with the conical bin to match different process heights, allowing sealed docking with downstream equipment.
This configuration helps reduce dust generation and cross-contamination during material transfer and supports compliance with pharmaceutical GMP requirements.
