It is particularly suitable for producing powdered or granular products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and pumpable pasty liquids. Spray drying is ideal when the final product requires precise control over particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density, and particle shape.

Product Details

Working Principle
The liquid feed is atomized into fine droplets and introduced into a hot air stream. The large surface area of the atomized droplets allows rapid evaporation of moisture. Under controlled temperature and airflow conditions, the droplets dry almost instantly, forming powder or granules while maintaining particle integrity and shape.

Extremely fast drying: 95%–98% of moisture can evaporate within 5–40 seconds.

Suitable for heat-sensitive materials.

Products exhibit excellent dispersibility, flowability, and solubility.

Particles maintain a near-spherical shape similar to the original droplets.

High product purity and quality due to simplified processing and reduced handling.

Can process feed solutions with 40–60% moisture (up to 90% for special materials) directly into powders or granules without the need for further milling or sieving.

Adjustable particle size, bulk density, and moisture content through process parameters, enabling simplified operation and easy process control.
