Working Principle
The liquid feed is atomized into fine droplets and introduced into a hot air stream. The large surface area of the atomized droplets allows rapid evaporation of moisture. Under controlled temperature and airflow conditions, the droplets dry almost instantly, forming powder or granules while maintaining particle integrity and shape.
