The system ensures maximum operator protection while maintaining precise and continuous production.

Working Principle
Materials are transferred into the isolator via an RTP (Rapid Transfer Port) valve. They are then fed into the wet granulation vessel for granule formation. The wet granules are vacuum-transferred to the fluidized bed for drying. After drying, materials are discharged either via flip-valve or vacuum discharge systems and processed through the dry granulation stage. The resulting granules are then conveyed to the mixing hopper. Once mixing is complete, the hopper outlet is connected to AB valves for final discharge. Finished granules leave the isolator through the AB valve, maintaining strict containment throughout the process.

Material transfer options include transfer chambers, sleeve systems, and Rapid Transfer Ports (RTP), with interlocked chamber doors for added safety.

Door sealing methods can be either inflatable or mechanically compressed for reliable containment.

Emergency mode functionality: In the event of glove rupture or seal failure, the isolator rapidly increases internal pressure, triggers alarms, adjusts fan speed, maximizes exhaust, and closes air inlets to maintain airflow above 0.5 m/s, preventing escape of high-potency materials.

Optional features include online glove integrity testing and safe glove replacement.

Accessory options: PE bag handling kit, sealing clamps, and packaging tools.

A logic controller-operated system with a user-friendly HMI interface allows full control of all processes.
