Working Principle
The machine consists of bins, a control system, a drive system, a base, and optional safety guards. During operation, the safety guard is opened, and the bin lid is unlocked to load the materials. Once the lid is closed and secured, the mixing time and rotation speed are set according to the process requirements. The bin rotates, causing materials to move along the walls in a tangential motion, combined with flipping and high-speed shearing, to achieve uniform blending. Upon completion, the bin automatically stops in a vertical position for easy discharge. Bins can also be detached for emptying and replaced with a new bin for subsequent materials, minimizing experimental downtime.
