Working Principle
Materials are added into the granulation bowl, where a specially designed mixing paddle induces multi-dimensional shear and flow. A spraying system introduces a binder, forming soft, ribbon-like material. The combination of the mixing paddle and cutter blades continuously stirs and cuts the material, producing uniform wet granules suitable for downstream processing.
