Working Principle
This experimental unit combines multiple processing modules, including a wet granulator, wet pelletizer, screw extrusion granulator, centrifugal granulation and polishing machine, fluidized bed granulation and coating system, dry pelletizer, total mixer, tablet coating machine, auxiliary equipment, material feeding and discharge systems, and interconnecting components.

During operation, raw materials are first fed into the wet granulator through the feeding system to produce wet granules. These wet granules pass through the pelletizing system and enter the fluidized bed granulator for drying. Once dried, the granules are either manually or automatically transferred to the dry pelletizer. After pelletization, materials move into the total mixing hopper for thorough blending. The mixed granules are then ready for the next processing stage. Finished tablet formulations proceed to the tablet coating machine for final coating. Throughout this workflow, fully compatible interconnecting modules and auxiliary equipment ensure smooth granulation, coating, and drying transitions.
