Working Principle
Raw materials and excipients are first blended with a binding agent to form a homogeneous mixture. The mixture is then extruded into cylindrical strands through an extrusion module. These strands are fed into a high-speed rotating spheronization plate, where cutting, rotation, and centrifugal forces shape the cylinders into uniform spheres. The resulting micro-pellets exhibit consistent particle size distribution, high mechanical strength, high density, and high yield, achieving a high one-pass qualification rate.
