Working Principle
Powdered or wet-mixed materials are fed into the extrusion module, forming continuous strands that are cut and conveyed to the centrifugal rounding section. Here, rotation and centrifugal force transform the extruded strands into uniform spherical pellets. The pellets then pass through a drying chamber where temperature and airflow are precisely controlled to remove excess moisture without degrading heat-sensitive materials. For coating operations, a controlled spray system evenly applies the coating solution while an integrated heating system maintains optimal conditions. Airflow and moisture supplementation systems ensure consistent pellet formation, and the combined process of extrusion, rounding, drying, and coating is automated to deliver high reproducibility and uniformity.
