FBDX Cyclone Fluid-bed Granulating & Coating Machine

The FBDX Cyclone Fluidized Bed Granulation and Coating Machine features a blade-structured fluidized bed, where blades are set at a specific angle to allow airflow to pass through the gaps. This creates a powerful circulating airflow, causing the material to move in an orderly vortex motion. Pneumatic nozzles installed on the side walls spray binder or coating solution into the vortex-layered material, forming granules or achieving a continuous and uniform coating.

It is widely used for powder granulation, thin-film coating, enteric coating, sustained-release coating, and protective coatings such as taste masking, moisture-proofing, waterproofing, coloring, heat insulation, and isolation for powders, granules, and pellets.

Working Principle
The angled blade design generates a strong vortex airflow, which fluidizes the material in a controlled rotational pattern. Side-wall pneumatic nozzles spray liquid binders or coating solutions evenly into the moving material, ensuring homogeneous granule formation or coating deposition. The cyclonic air distribution overcomes dead zones and ensures uniform processing.
