Working Principle
The cores are placed in a clean, fully enclosed rotating coating pan, moving continuously along complex trajectories. The coating solution is atomized through a spray gun and evenly applied to the surface of the cores. Clean, filtered hot air from the hot air cabinet penetrates the bed of cores, rapidly drying the coating medium on the surface to form a uniform film layer.
