Product Details

Working Principle
The machine integrates an air heating system, fluidized bed, top-spray, bottom-spray, side-spray, and exhaust dust collection system.

Top-spray system: designed for standard granulation processes.

Bottom-spray system: used for micro-pellet coating and fine particle coating.

Side-spray system: enables production of micro-pellets.

These functionalities can be combined or used individually depending on the production requirements, all within the same fluidized bed equipment.
