FL-B Fluid-bed Granulation & Drying Machine (One-Step Granulator)

The FL-B Fluidized Bed Granulation & Drying Machine is designed for powder handling, granulation, drying, and “top-spray” coating operations in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. It is suitable for producing tablet granules, instant beverage particles, seasoning granules, and other powdered products. The machine is engineered in accordance with the JB20014-2004 standard for pharmaceutical fluidized bed granulators.

Working Principle
The machine fluidizes powders using heated airflow, enabling uniform granulation and drying. In one integrated process, powders are mixed, granulated, and dried, with optional top-spray functionality for coating or functional layering of the granules. This approach reduces processing time while maintaining consistent particle quality and moisture content.
