Working Principle
Pre-mixed dry powders are fed into the machine via a dedicated pneumatic or mechanical feeder and conveyed to the compression chamber by a screw conveyor. Two high-pressure rollers compress the powder into dense sheets. These sheets are then cut into small pieces by a precision cutting system and passed through a two-stage granulation process to achieve uniform particle sizes, completing the granulation cycle without the use of liquid binders.
