Working Principle
Material is fed into the processing chamber, where it is subjected to cutting and shearing forces generated by a high-speed rotating rotor. The processed material passes through a stationary sizing screen that controls the final particle size. By adjusting the clearance between the rotor blades and the screen, the granule size can be precisely regulated. Continuous cutting and screening result in uniform particle distribution and stable granule quality.
