QWL Centrifugal Pelletizing Machine

The QWL machine is designed to transform wet granules into high-quality spherical pellets. Wet granules from the preceding process are fed into a rotating centrifugal disc. When the blower is activated, and the disc begins spinning, the granules are subjected to the combined effects of air lift in the gap, centrifugal force, and gravity. This complex motion shapes the granules into highly uniform, true-spherical pellets.

Product Details

Working Principle
Wet granules are continuously exposed to rotational centrifugal forces, airflow, and gravity within the disc. The interaction of these forces causes the material to move in a helical, circular pattern, gradually forming dense and highly spherical pellets.
