The YK-160 Oscillating Wet Granulator is a next-generation granulation and pelletizing machine developed by combining advanced international designs with the specific requirements of domestic pharmaceutical production. Compared with conventional oscillating granulators, it features a compact footprint, streamlined structure, user-friendly operation, and easy maintenance. The machine is simple to disassemble and clean, with no dead corners, fully compliant with GMP standards. Key components include the oscillating rollers, main frame, transmission system, and locking mechanism.

When integrated with the GHL High-Efficiency Wet Granulator and FL (PGL) Fluidized Bed Granulation Dryer, the YK-160 forms a continuous, pipeline-style production line, minimizing cross-contamination and significantly improving manufacturing efficiency.

Working Principle
Material is fed into the oscillating granulator, where oscillating rollers apply pressure and shear forces, transforming powder blends into uniform wet granules. The granules are conveyed to downstream units such as fluidized bed dryers or coating machines, forming a seamless, closed production process. The transmission system ensures high power efficiency and reliable granulation performance.
