QWQY Mobile CIP Cleaning Station

Working Principle
The unit is composed of a pump station, a cleaning circuit, and a control system.
During operation, the cleaning assemblies are connected to the designated cleaning ports of the target equipment to prepare for the cleaning process.
Cleaning programs are set according to process requirements, after which the system performs automated cleaning of the internal chamber surfaces following the selected sequence.
In addition, a high-pressure water gun can be connected for manual cleaning of external surfaces and auxiliary components within the cleaning area.
After cleaning, the equipment can undergo a drying process before being returned to standby status for production use.
