LCP Weighing and Feeding Station

The LCP Weighing and Feeding Station is designed to accurately dose multiple materials according to production orders and formulations.
Materials are first loaded into a dust-free feeding station, then transported via a vacuum conveyor to an elevated temporary storage silo. A screw feeder precisely delivers the materials into the weighing hoppers mounted on an AGV mobile cart, ensuring compliance with formulation requirements. The entire process—from feeding to transport to weighing—is dust-free and precise.

Working Principle
The system integrates vacuum transport, temporary storage, and screw-feeding mechanisms to move materials from the input stage to the mobile weighing hoppers.
Each material is metered accurately into the hoppers, while continuous monitoring ensures that the weight and feed rate strictly follow the production formula.
