QD Automatic Bin Washing Machine

Working Principle
The machine consists of a washing chamber, pump station, air handling unit, and control system.
During operation, the inlet door of the washing chamber is opened, and the blending bins or transfer bins are moved into the chamber. After the door is closed, the cleaning program is selected according to process requirements.
Once the program is confirmed, the machine performs the cleaning cycle automatically based on preset parameters.
After completion of the cleaning process, the outlet door is opened, and the cleaned container is transferred out of the chamber and sent to an intermediate station for storage prior to reuse in production.
