HDD Single-Arm Bin Automatic Lifting Mixer

Working Principle
The system consists of a base, rotating body, drive system, lifting mechanism, braking system, and control unit. During operation, a mixing bin is inserted into the rotating body. After confirming on the touch-screen interface, the lifting mechanism positions and clamps the bin securely. Once clamped, pressure sensors signal the drive system to start mixing according to preset time and speed parameters. Upon completion, the rotating body automatically stops vertically, the braking system engages, and the mixing process ends. The lifting mechanism then lowers the bin, stops automatically, and prints process data. The bin is then pushed out for the next processing stage.
