HTD Column-Type Bin Mixer

Working Principle
The system consists of a vertical column, base, rotating fork frame, drive system, braking mechanism, and control unit. During operation, a mixing bin is inserted into the rotating fork frame and secured with locking nuts. After activating the control system, the bin is lifted to the designated mixing height and positioned precisely. The drive system performs automated mixing according to preset time and rotational speed. Upon completion, the fork frame stops vertically, and the bin is automatically lowered to the floor. Process data can be printed, and the bin is then unlocked and removed for the next processing step.
