Working Principle
The mixer consists of a base, drive system, control unit, and mixing bin. During operation, materials are loaded into the fixed bin, and the lid is secured. Mixing time and speed are set via the control system according to process requirements. Once started, the bin rotates and performs a combined tumbling and tangential motion to blend the materials thoroughly. The machine stops automatically when the preset time is reached, and materials are then discharged for the next processing step.
