HZD Automatic Lifting Bin Mixer

Working Principle
The system consists of a base, rotating body, drive system, lifting mechanism, braking system, and control unit. During operation, a mixing bin is inserted into the rotating body and secured. Once the “Confirm” button on the touchscreen is pressed, the lifting mechanism positions and clamps the bin automatically. Pressure sensors confirm proper clamping, after which the drive system mixes the materials according to preset time and speed. When mixing is complete, the rotating body stops vertically, the braking system engages, and the bin is lowered automatically. Process data can be printed, and the bin is then removed for the next processing step.
