XL Rotary Granulator

The XL Rotary Granulator is designed to convert wet materials from previous processing stages into uniform cylindrical granules. Using a set of rotating rollers and stainless-steel sieves, the machine ensures a consistent particle size suitable for subsequent processes such as tumbling or coating. By changing the sieve cylinders, granules of different sizes can be produced to meet specific process requirements.

Product Details

Working Principle
Wet material is fed into the perforated stainless-steel sieve cylinder. Rotating rollers apply pressure and guide the material through the sieve openings, forming cylindrical granules. The granules are then discharged and collected for further processing. Adjusting the sieve cylinder allows precise control over particle size, while the rotation speed of the rollers ensures uniform granulation.
