XF Horizontal Fluid-bed Dryer

Working Principle
Clean hot air is distributed into the bed through a valve plate. Wet materials are introduced via the feeding system, fluidized, and dried efficiently. In continuous operation, materials enter one end of the bed and are fluidized for several seconds to minutes before exiting the opposite end. The drying process is typically conducted under negative pressure to ensure safe and uniform moisture removal.

Suitable for drying pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food products, grains, and feed.

Can handle materials such as APIs, tablet granules, herbal granules, health supplements, beverage powders, corn germ, feed, plastic resins, citric acid, and other powdery or granular materials.

Compatible with material particle sizes ranging from 0.1–6 mm; optimal particle size is 0.5–3 mm.

Configurable dust collection with cyclone separator, bag filter, or both.

Supports continuous and batch operation modes.

Operates under negative pressure for enhanced safety and process control.
