Working Principle
Material is evenly fed onto a mesh belt, typically made of 12–60 mesh stainless steel, and transported through the dryer by a drive system. The dryer consists of multiple units, each with independent hot air circulation. Some exhaust is discharged via a dedicated dehumidifying fan, with airflow controlled by dampers. Hot air passes either upward or downward through the material-covered belt, transferring heat and removing moisture. The belt moves slowly, and its speed can be adjusted based on material temperature. Dried products continuously fall into the collection hopper. Users can flexibly configure the number of upper and lower circulation units according to process requirements.
