FZG / YZG Vacuum Dryer

The FZG/YZG vacuum dryer lowers the boiling point of material solutions under vacuum, which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator. This allows the evaporator to achieve the same drying effect with a smaller heat transfer area. Heat sources for the drying process can include low-pressure steam or waste heat steam, and, upon special request, water or thermal oil heating can be custom-designed. The dryer is suitable for thermally sensitive materials that decompose, polymerize, or deteriorate at high temperatures. Materials can be sterilized before drying, and impurities are prevented from mixing in during the process. As a static vacuum dryer, the shape and integrity of the dried material remain intact.

Working Principle
Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of the material is reduced, enhancing heat transfer efficiency. The evaporator provides heat to promote moisture evaporation from the material. The drying process occurs in a sealed vacuum chamber, preventing contamination. For heat-sensitive materials, the low-temperature vacuum environment allows drying without decomposition or structural damage.
